This Indenture made the _____ Day of ______
in the Third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by
the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith & O: Are in this year of Our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred
and thirty Between the Native Indian Sachems and Proprietors of the Mohacks
Country of the one part And Johannis M— of Schenectady
in the County of Albany in the Provin— of the other
part Wi–h that this s — Proprietors
aforesaid for and in Consideration —
herein after Contained as also f—

these presents do Demise Gra —
Minderse Ex: Adm: and f —
upland Scituate lying and being —
and on the East side of the Tienden —
Viz at the mouth of the said Tie — hence
up the said River or Kill towards —
River — Thence keeping —
Line to the — till it falls — Bound of a Certain
Track of L — with a Streight Line
along their — Chains to the Mohacks River Thence up the
said Mohacks River as the River runs to the place where it first Began
Containing about ______ acres a certain Stony Ridge Included, Together
with all and Singular the Woods, Underwoods, Emo— and Proffits ariseing
belonging or pertaining to the hereby Demised Tract of Low Land and upland.
To have and to hold all and Singular to hereby Demised Tract of
Low land and Upland unto the said Johannis Minderse his Ex: Adm: and
Assigns from the _____ Day of _____ for and During
the full and end Term of Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine years fully to be

Sachems and Proprietors aforesaid their Heirs Successors or Assigns the yearly Rent of One ___ at the feast of St. Michael the Arch Angel if demanded as also yielding rendering and paying unto his present Majesty King George the Second and his Successors during the Term aforesaid the lawfull Quitt Rent for the same to be paid to the Collector or Receivor General of the Province of New York as it shall from Time to Time become due and the said Native Indian Sachems and Proprietors aforesaid for themselves and their heirs suc— and assigns and for every of them do Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to — said Johannis Minderse his — Administrators and Assigns and to and with every of them by these presents that he the said Johannis Minderse his Exs Adms and Assigns and every of them for and under the Yearly Rents Covenants and Conditions herein before expressed on the part and behalf of the said Johannis Minderse his Exs Adms and Assigns to be paid and performed as aforesaid shall and may Peaceably Have, hold, Use, Occupy and Enjoy all and singular the hereby Demised Premises and every part thereof without any Lett, Trouble, Molestation, Eviction, Ejection, Interruption or Denial of the said Native Indian Sachems and Proprietors aforesaid their Heirs Successors or Assigns or any other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming or that shall or may hereafter Claim by from or under them or any of them In witness whereof this Paid Partys to these presents have interchangeably set their Hand and Seals the Day and Date first above written.
