Join me on Sunday, April 12 at 2pm at the Albany Institute of History & Art for a conversation with decorative arts specialist Genevieve Wheeler Brown about her new book Beyond Blue and White: The Hidden History of Delftware and the Women Behind the Iconic Ceramic (Pegasus Books/ Simon & Schuster, 2025). We’ll be talking about the women behind Delftware manufacture in The Netherlands and the women who collected it and saved it in New Netherland and New York.
